Ping on state: this PR is approved on the code, but `pr_build` fails and it
cannot be merged yet.
The only failing test is:
org.apache.shenyu.client.core.disruptor.subcriber.HeartbeatFailureIsolationTest.failureDoesNotSuppressOtherUrisOrSubsequentTicks
That is a disruptor-queue test in `shenyu-client-core` and it is failing the
same way on other unrelated PRs, so it is a known flake rather than something
this change caused. A rerun of the job should be enough; if it keeps failing we
will open a separate issue to fix the test.
