wu-sheng commented on issue #845: add jdk-cross-thread-plugin

in main method , first time before calling child thread will generate a
EntrySpan , and then create LocalSpan in later child thread
My point is any span looks like meaning less, if no active tracing context
in parent thread. Because, that means, somehow, people don't care parent
thread. Adding a span which only includes same operation name and tags can't
help the end user. In that way, this is only a cost for tracing.
   This is my meaningless means.
