@wu-sheng according to https://www.envoyproxy.io/docs/envoy/latest/configuration/observability/statistics, I only added some of them that I thought is useful/helpful, will also take a look whether the other statistics https://www.envoyproxy.io/docs/envoy/latest/configuration/listeners/stats#listener are emitted to metrics service or not, (as per test at the moment, seems not).
