Do you mean you can’t see the Thread stack or there is no more sample trace besides the first profile task? 1. If you cannot see the snapshot data, this may require agent side debug. 1. If there are no more sample traces, then check whether traces are collected in other profile tasks. For example, in the time period of 2021-01-26 19:20:48 to 2021-01-26 19:25:48, can the Trace data with the endpoint "#account/v1/account" be retrieved in the Trace view (in the `Trace` Tab, not in `Sampled Trace`). What if you simply lower the agent to 8.2.0? The oap still uses 8.3.0.
