SkyWalking is APM system, designed for business applications, web service, rpc service provider/consumer. There is a lot of dark magic, including code manipulation tech. This error from the text, shows, the elastic search doesn't allow gRPC startup because of log conflictions :) My suggestion is, just don't do this.
