No, that is not docs. And there is no PR's docs thing. This is the [official doc](https://skywalking.apache.org/docs/#SkyWalking), which is built from [here](https://github.com/apache/skywalking/blob/master/docs/README.md) from the latest to every selected version. What you wrote here is called the content or description of this PR. The purpose of this is to introduce what you changed and why you changed in the way.
