I have an idea. Currently, you put `upstream` as instance and `route rule` as endpoint, which causes the conflicts we are facing, right? How about we put both of `upstream` and `route rule` as endpoints? Such as endpoints are - `upstream://IP:port` - `route-rule://rule name` Then we could keep the instance for the actual instance, as same as the current `service`.
