### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/skywalking/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description The underlying KV’s memtable is the writing cache. When the block controller roll current block to the next, the previous one only provide querying. Its memtable could be closed for releasing memory. The KV should provide a *idle_timeout_seconds* option to control the time.
