### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/skywalking/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Right now, we seem to begin to need e2e test running on Windows env, also many students writing SkyWalking on Windows, if we could make our running work, it would be more friendly to new contributors. The thing may not be only about infra-e2e itself, it relates to tools we use, such as scripts and relative downloads(e.g. jq) in the `prepare` stage. ### Use case I don't know whether this is possible or reasonable from a tech perspective.
