   ### What happened
   
   When we use the skywalking agent, every time we restart the instance, than 
will regenerate a random number of registered instances to the oap server, 
which will make it inconvenient to analyze the problem from the perspective of 
the instance. So we suggest whether SkyWalking can provide a mechanism to 
ensure that the registered instance can be returned to the same instance every 
time it is restarted,thanks.
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   Generally, when a service instance does not change in deployment, we think 
it is the same instance, regardless of whether there is a restart in the 
middle. In this way, we can summarize and analyze the data in different time 
periods of the same instance.
   
   ### How to reproduce
