   This PR mainly accomplishes the following parts:
   
   1. Users can configure the Agent through a configuration file when building 
with the agent tool.
   2. The system will utilize the configuration content to complete the Agent's 
startup process during system startup.
   
   After this PR is merged, I believe that the basic framework will have been 
fully developed. I have already developed a Gin server locally, and upon 
sending requests, I have obtained the following Trace data:
