### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/skywalking/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description A sparse index is a valuable tool that enhances performance and minimizes storage expenses. It works by dividing data into multiple blocks and indexing only the necessary data rather than indexing all of it. Such a method reduces the index size as required, optimizing system performance. I want you to know that using this feature may delay retrieving data due to the high level of granularity of such an index. This process may take slightly longer than indexing all the data. However, the benefits of improved performance and cost savings may outweigh this potential downside, mainly when storage expenses are a consideration. This feature only applies to data in a `stream` as the granularity of the measure's indexes is at the series level. ### Use case _No response_ ### Related issues _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit a PR? - [ ] Yes I am willing to submit a PR! ### Code of Conduct - [X] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
