Yes , in my case too 。 if the agent config a uncorrect oap Server address ,
or unable to. connect to the correct oap Server .
the Trace_id will. return. **Ignored_Trace** ！！！
how to fix:
config the correct oap server address 。
`collector.backend_service=${SW_AGENT_COLLECTOR_BACKEND_SERVICES:127.0.0.1:11800}
