### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/skywalking/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description so far the helm chart is released to oci://registry-1.docker.io/apache/skywalking-helm, which is not accessed in china default and not suitable for helm chart.
