### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/skywalking/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description The secondary inverted index for the stream includes the timestamp as a field. The filter scanner can take the time range as a parameter to accelerate the index scan.
