This enhancement will enable effective lifecycle management, specifically supporting hot-warm-cold archiving for the trace data model. **Proposed Changes:** 1. Implement chunked sync functionality for the trace data model. 2. Update the lifecycle agent to manage transitions between hot, warm, and cold storage for trace data. 3.
