   ### Search before asking

   - [x] I had searched in the
[issues](https://github.com/apache/skywalking/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no
similar feature requirement.

   ### Description

Currently, BanyanDB supports single-group queries for the trace model, which
limits the ability to retrieve and analyze data from multiple groups
concurrently. Implementing multi-group querying would significantly enhance the
flexibility and efficiency in data retrieval, allowing users to perform more
complex analyses and make better-informed decisions based on trace data
spanning across different groups.

   **Proposed Feature:**
   - Implement functionality that allows querying across multiple groups in the
trace model.
   - Add test cases.
