## Summary - Add bundled `AIRFLOW` layer template with Service and Instance dashboards aligned with [SWIP-7](https://github.com/apache/skywalking/blob/master/docs/en/swip/SWIP-7.md) MQE metrics. - Ship i18n overlays for all seven non-English locales (de, es, fr, ja, ko, pt, zh-CN) and register the layer in the infra-3D scene. - Fix Components-tab empty state so AIRFLOW no longer shows the Dart-only APP_VERSION hint.
