### Bug fix
- Bug description.
No telemetry metrics when the oap role is receiver. Only jvm metrics is
exposed.
- How to fix?
Setting id for telemetry related context. After setting, you can see the
telemetry metrics.
For example, metrics_aggregation, persistence_timer_bulk_execute_latency,
and so on.
