   all manual test case is pass:
   1. test exception-ignore-plugin
   The plugin is designed to ignore business exception which definition is the 
exception could be ignore in the span, the demand is very common in our 
department.The feature would be ignore some unnecessary alarm.
   ignore some exception in span
