nbonnotte opened a new issue #5980: Smart date parsing confuses 00:12:00 with
midnight
URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/issues/5980

   Make sure these boxes are checked before submitting your issue - thank you!

   - [x] I have checked the superset logs for python stacktraces and included
it here as text if any
   - [x] I have reproduced the issue with at least the latest released version
of superset
   - [x] I have checked the issue tracker for the same issue and I haven't
found one similar

   ### Superset version

   0.27.0

   ### Expected results

   When filtering: « since: 90 days ago, until: today », I expect the filter to
be from 90 days ago midnight, until midnight this morning.

   ### Actual results

   The query that Superset uses is:
   ```
   WHERE ts_depot >= '2018-06-28 00:12:00'
     AND ts_depot <= '2018-09-26 00:12:00'
   ```
   This is so wrong... How am I the only one seeing this?
