Heya @benjreinhart When I try to set up my flask environment I get:
```
File "/Users/suri/Desktop/superset/superset/views/dynamic_plugins.py",
line 21, in <module>
from flask_appbuilder.hooks import before_request
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'flask_appbuilder.hooks'
```
This is after I rebased master.
