**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** 1. I'm always frustrated when Tab component takes up the whole row when added in the dashboard. As a user, I would like the Dashboard layout to be more flexible, and/or to be able to insert tab in Row. <img width="1456" alt="Dashboards_ Filters - Global Open@2x (2)" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/67837651/119541563-6501b000-bd43-11eb-84be-a3b70ee3cfb2.png";> Task: 1.
