New native filter component only allows compatible filters to be added to
the filter bar, meaning user can only select from datasets that power at least
one chart on the dashboard. there will be no more incompatible filters in this
case. We can remove that....
Another reason we should remove the "Incompatible state" is that when user
have multiple charts on dashboard that are created from 2 different dataset,
and all filters are filled with selected value. they yellow warning indicator
almost always shows on the dashboard, which can be misleading.
Expected behavior: When user open a new dashboard, there should be no
indicator showing until use click Apply. @michael-s-molina @kgabryje let's
double check later this week.
