superset version :- 1.1.0 when I open the Dashboards tab for the first time the UI layout is as mentioned below  But when I refresh this page the UI layout changes as mentioned below  On Refresh new UI is reverting to Old layout ### Expected results UI should not change on refresh ### Actual results Dashboards and Charts UI layout is changing on browser refresh #### Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem. #### How to reproduce the bug 1. Go to Dashboards tab 2. Note the UI layout 3. Refresh the browser 4.
