   **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   We would like to be able to show markers and metric values in the chart. 
Also controlling the opacity of the chart will be useful.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Something like this:

   The markers and opacity features can be taken from Time-series chart.

   - The markers size can be fixed(like in Line Chart) or configurable(like in 
Time-series chart).
   - The metric values should be shown only where possible without clutter.
