   A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
   
   ### Expected results
   User able to access/view dashboard 
   
   ### Actual results
   Keep having error with "You don't have access to this dashboard."

   Tried duplicate admin role and assigned to user but still facing the same 
error.

   #### How to reproduce the bug
   
   1. Go to 'Role' then 'Admin' and copy As 'Admin copy'
   2. Assigned user to 'Admin copy'
   3. Log in using user's credential
   4. Try to click on dashboard
   5. Keep having error message: "You don't have access to this dashboard"
   6. Repeat assigned user with different role but result still same
   
   ### Environment
   - superset version: v1.1.0
   - python version: Python 3.8.9
   - node.js version: v14.17.1
   - 
   ### Checklist
   - [ x] I have checked the superset logs for python stacktraces and included 
it here as text if there are any.
   - [ x] I have reproduced the issue with at least the latest released version 
of superset.
   - [ x] I have checked the issue tracker for the same issue and I haven't 
found one similar.
