Review comment:
       Talking to @michael-s-molina about useMemo vs. useCallback, if you fire 
the function with the same parameters (search, page, pageSize in this case) 
this code won't re run. So it is better for us to use `useMemo` since we'll be 
having the parameters for populating the select with owners options.
