URL: https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/17193

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
A user with a common name has trouble identifying themselves in Superset
because first and last name are used frequently with no additional information.
With a large user base, first and last name is not a unique identifier.

This causes problems with adding permissions to a dashboard (or other
resource) because you don't know which person you are adding to the dashboard.

   **Describe the solution you'd like**
In the dashboard properties modal the owner dropdown should show username
instead of name or have some other way of displaying the username.

The dropdown here should show username instead of first/last name:

   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
Right now the workaround is to change people's first or last names to be
able to identify them. This is not ideal.
