   I have fresh installed Linux Ubuntu. I have installed docker and 
docker-compose as required for project.
   I can run non-dev.yml file but development version failing with container 
showing following status.
   Got the same issue after two or three restarts.

   #### How to reproduce the bug
   
   1.  dev mode by docker-compose up
   
   ### Expected results
   
   Running the superset without issues

   webpack progress is 100% but thrown the warning and error

   - any feature flags active: i am using default
   - docker : 20.10.10

   i don't have node in host ubuntu and have default python: 3.8.10
