i fix same problem by run `npm run build`,because,there is not folder `lib`,`esm` without `npm run build`. did you run `npm run build ` befor copy plugin-chart-hello-world to superset-frontend/node_modules/@superset-ui/? although the superset docs said `Now, we want to see this thing actually RUN!
