Hey there. Closing for now as this isn't a bug but unfortunately a common issue with local setups. We're hoping to keep Issues focused on bugs only. The cause here is that the superset frontend hasn't finished building yet. This usually isn't an issue when you use non-dev.yml version of Docker Compose but I wonder if your frontend container in Docker is dying early. One thing to try is increasing the RAM allocated to Docker to 8+ GB.
