I am seeing similar errors with pip installation , what fixed it was
upgrading pip to latest.. then all warnings about deps went away
Ubuntu 20.04 (inside an LXC container)

If you still have issues, what I do in past is preinstall on certain pinned
versions until the errors go away.. you can also do this by installing
apache-superset via poetry project and inspect the `poetry.lock` file
