Admittedly, that file tends to get updated for Major and Minor releases, and isn't reliably part of general day-to-day feature flag maintenance. Others (@codyml @michael-s-molina among them) may want to correct me, but I'd lump this into the "In Development" category. There are more bits (including additional chart support, testing, etc) still in the works.
