Can confirm this is broken still in 2.0.1rc2 and fixed on `latest`. **2.0.1rc2** I make a time-series line chart, add an annotation with the formula `24` to get a horizontal line. The annotation saves, it shows up in the legend and the y-axis adjusts (if I make the formula `2000` it will increase the y-axis) but the line itself is not present.  **latest** Same thing but the line appears:  -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
