   upgrading to 2.0.1rc5 did not help :( 
   
   Note: When I upgraded from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0, there was no issue. As a Admin, I 
was able to edit dataset from both the places.
   
   Issue starting showing up with 2.0.0 + versions.
   
   Can we get some help here please.
