Totally agreed, I think people would welcome this! Small caveat that I think we should make conditional formatting popovers as consistent as possible. If you look at the one from the Pivot Table, it's similar, but only has one `target value` field, since the `left` value would be the (dynamic) metric value. <img width="450" alt="image" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/812905/211654928-199d0747-f3a5-4609-981e-34f8f18147fa.png";> @gbusch I'd say go for it!
