### SUMMARY This is a follow-up of https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/24705 that bumped pandas. Pandas 2.0 [introduced](https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/getting_started/install.html#performance-dependencies-recommended) installing optional performance dependencies via pip extras.
