Just tried to go with docs and got the same issue when running :
`docker-compose -f docker-compose-non-dev.yml up`
```
superset_worker_beat | EXAMPLES_USER =
get_env_variable("EXAMPLES_USER")
superset_worker_beat | File
"/app/docker/pythonpath_dev/superset_config.py", line 44, in get_env_variable
superset_worker_beat | raise OSError(error_msg)
superset_worker_beat | OSError: The environment variable EXAMPLES_USER
was missing, abort...
```
