I think this was the behaviour before the regression with overflowing title: <img width="604" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/superset/assets/15073128/03acfe77-bd81-4b70-b48b-07510a795da5";> (added `max-width: 100%` to parent component to trigger the overflow).
