There seems to be an issue with sqlalchemy 1.4 which was bumped in Superset 2.1.0 and MariaDB's functionality of `Sequence`. Here's a related thread: https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/24247#issuecomment-1147581509 Some people show their workarounds for MariaDB to get around running the sequence commands. I was able to find an update in [sqlalchemy-continuum](https://github.com/kvesteri/sqlalchemy-continuum/issues/326#issuecomment-1579724949) thread about fixing the issue, perhaps in sqlalchemy 2.0.
