### SUMMARY Presto uses milliseconds in timestamps https://prestodb.io/docs/current/functions/datetime.html#:~:text=Timestamp%20is%20truncated%20to%20milliseconds. ### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS The timestamp expected strings in the unit tests were not aligned with Presto's documentation.
