   Just to be clear, there's no script to remove `filter_sets` in 3.1 so I 
don't know how it was removed in your deployment. To fix it, you'll need to 
re-run the [migration script that creates the 
table](https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/7e9361fd5f1f9e737cee83257c84de9b7648984a/superset/migrations/versions/2021-03-29_11-15_3ebe0993c770_filterset_table.py#L35).
