Moving this to a discussion, since clearly there's interest, but it's not a bug. Yes, this "worked" for a minute when we were first building cross-filters, but there were MANY complications and edge cases in actually getting it to work in all chart types (both emitting and receiving these filters). This is not on any PMC member roadmaps that I'm aware of, but if anyone wants to contribute it (probably after a SIP, and behind a new feature flag until it's stable), then by all means, go for it! -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
