The following steps works for me (Win) - big thanks to @lucasrueda
   1. pull image `docker pull apache/superset`
   2. generate a key `openssl rand -base64 42`
   3. create a file `superset_config.py` with a key - for example in
`c:/temp/`. It should look like this `SECRET_KEY = "CODE"`
   4. run docker `docker run -p 8088:8088 --name superset -v
c:/temp/superset_config.py:/app/pythonpath/superset_config.py
apache/superset:latest`
   5. it should be WAIT here, but i don't think it might be nessesarry
   6. run `docker exec -it superset superset db upgrade`
   7. run `docker exec -it superset superset fab create-admin --username admin
--firstname Superset --lastname Admin --email ad...@example.com --password
admin`
   8. run `docker exec -it superset superset init`
   9. open `http://localhost:8088/` - and you will see a dashboard.
