   ### Bug description

After uploading Superset distributions to [Pypi](https://pypi.org/), we're
receiving the following email:

   > This email is notifying you of an upcoming deprecation that we have
determined may affect you as a result of your recent upload to
'apache-superset'.

   > In the future, PyPI will require all newly uploaded source distribution
filenames to comply with [PEP
625](https://www.google.com/url?q=https://peps.python.org/pep-0625/&source=gmail-imap&ust=1743603798000000&usg=AOvVaw1vkuvAd0-F-yPqnJNL7rCQ).
Any source distributions already uploaded will remain in place as-is and do
not need to be updated.

   > Specifically, your recent upload of 'apache-superset-4.1.2.tar.gz' is
incompatible with PEP 625 because the filename does not contain the normalized
project name 'apache_superset'.

   > In most cases, this can be resolved by upgrading the version of your build
tooling to a later version that supports PEP 625 and produces compliant
filenames. You do not need to remove the file.

administrators.

We need to make our package name compliant with [PEP
625](https://peps.python.org/pep-0625/) and that might require changes to many
files inside
[RELEASING](https://github.com/apache/superset/tree/master/RELEASING) and
[pyproject.toml](https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/master/pyproject.toml).
