The delta contains this type of information. It contains only the folders
that had any change and the type of change made. Something like:
```
"changed_folders": [
"uuid": "uuid1",
"added": ["colum_a", "column_b"],
"removed": ["colum_c"],
]
```
This is just an example, we can make the payload even more compact.
