```docker compose -f docker-compose-image-tag.yml up``` I made sure I deleted all the volumes created in the past so that it should be clean, despite all that, I still have 'Development' in big red, and an example database. I feel like the docker-compose file is ignoring the ```export TAG=4.1.2``` and just using the 'local-dev' instead. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
