   The following problem still exist:
   
   When I create a bar chart (stacked, vertical) I can input axis title but 
only y-axis title is displayed. Similarly, axis margin can be set but only take 
effect on the y-axis. When switching to horizontal bar chart the previously 
entered axis title are preserved in the input boxes (inverted) but neither axis 
title is displayed. Upon reentering, y-axis title gets displayed but not x-axis 
title, no matter what I do. And again, only y-axis margin can be influenced.
   
   This bug can be replicated with any dataset.
   Superset Version 4.1.1 (current)
