Clearly, this is ready to bring into a [DISCUSS] thread on the `dev@` mailing list. Sounds like ideas are starting to align here, so perhaps some open questions are where the burden lives for translating titles and other dynamic/user strings - should it be in the app UI, or should it expose an API/DB to manage these translations extnerally?
